The two managing partners are Dr. Noga Friedman and Dr. Moti Friedman.

Dr. Noga Friedman is the Qualitative Research Manager. Her responsibilities include managing the data collection undertaken by means of interviews, observations, focus groups and surveys (including planning the questionnaires) as well as in-depth qualitative market data analysis. She holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) on the subject of integrated marketing from the University of Leicester in England. Her doctorate won the "Best Doctoral Thesis Award 2007" from BELMAS (British Educational Leadership, Management & Administration Society), which a nationwide doctoral thesis competition among all of UK's universities (see article at the bottom of this page). She has a graduate degree (M.Sc.) in Forensic and Legal Psychology also from the University of Leicester and an undergraduate degree (BFA) from Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design Jerusalem, which included one year as an exchange student at the Ecole Nationale Superieure Des Beaux-arts in Paris.

Dr. Moti Friedman is the Quantitative Research Manager. His responsibilities include performing quantitative market data analysis, such as computerized statistical analysis, managing information retrieval from online databases and developing business models, including pricing strategies. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Leicester in England on the subject of communication technology, has a graduate degree, Master of Science in Management (MSM), which is a joint degree from Boston University and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and has an undergraduate degree (B.Sc.) in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University. He is also a Certified Systems Analyst (CSA) by the Israel Chamber of Information Systems Analysts, a Certified Marketing Consultant by Israel's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor and a Certified Marketing Consultant by the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute.
BrightNet's staff also includes market researchers, information specialists, content writers and a Ph.D. in biochemistry who is responsible for market research in pharmaceuticals.
